GrandMa's Sour Cream Pound Cake
This is a good one!
Serve with whip cream and Fresh Strawberries!
3 Cups all-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 Cups butter (3 sticks)
3 Cups sugar
8 eggs, lightly beaten
1 TB Pure Vanilla Extract
8 oz sour cream
Preheat oven to 300 , Combine flour, salt and baking soda.. Cream butter and sugar -add
eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add vanilla and sour cream, mix well. Pour into a well greased and floured tube pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1.5 hours. Let cool then put on your most gorgeous cake stand and add a sprig of mint. Invite a few friends over and enjoy!
