Alex's Cookies

Just to kick off the fun......Cookies!

1 egg
1/2 C  sugar
1/2 C Corn oil
1 C flour

Mix all together by hand. You may add any type of flavoring , pecans, chocolate chips......what ever you like. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake 350 for 15 mins.

    Look yummy. .can you use any other type of oil other than corn??

      I am not sure....give it a try...just be sure to whip it up really good!
