I am feeling a little southern today
every now and then I miss home a little..... I specially miss my folks and the good food of Bogalusa, Louisiana....... so I whipped up a batch of Rotel chicken a gorgeous and tasty sour cream pound cake..... had a few friends over and we pigged out........ oh happy day.....fyi... the poundcake was so good that we had a slice for breakfast with a big glass of chocolate milk this morning......
